Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
- Estimate form answers: project type, features, platforms, integrations, deadline, budget band, links and files you attach. The form works without an email.
- Account data: work email, password stored only as a secure hash, and the confirmation code we send you.
- Company and billing data you enter in the panel: company name, billing address, tax ID and the people you invite.
- Project data: messages, comments, approvals, files and the materials you share with us during a project.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, the address you came from and campaign tags in the link, used for security, limits and measuring which pages bring inquiries.
Why we process your data
- To calculate and show your estimate, and to keep it available in your account (performance of a contract or steps before it).
- To create and secure your account, including sending the confirmation code.
- To deliver the services you order: stages, maintenance plans and dedicated developers, and to issue invoices (performance of a contract and legal obligations).
- To answer your messages and keep a record of decisions in the project (legitimate interest).
- To protect our forms and services from abuse, including rate limits and automated spam detection (legitimate interest).
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries, in aggregate (legitimate interest).
- To send service emails about your account and projects. We send marketing emails only if you agree, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver projects, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- a hosting provider for the website and the panel,
- an email delivery provider for confirmation codes and service emails,
- a payment operator that processes invoices and card payments,
- AI model providers, only when a project you ordered includes an AI feature that processes your data,
- accounting and legal advisers where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
- Estimates without an account: up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized.
- Account data: while your account is active, and up to 3 years after the last activity.
- Project records, contracts and invoices: as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually 5 to 7 years.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms against forgery, and a cookie that remembers your estimate before you create an account. Analytics, if enabled, measures pages in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser, but login and saved estimates then stop working.
How we protect your data
Encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access by role, two factor authentication for our team and regular backups. Details are on our secure software development page.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced by email to account holders.
